Workshops & blended learning programs

The difference is that I craft bespoke workshops and training and development programs that integrate improvement in my clients’ professional performance with their own personal growth.

I provide a range of bespoke workshops and training & development programs – from half a day to a full week. My programs can be delivered over several months. I prepare closely with clients to ensure program design meets their needs and that our work together results in learning transfer, behaviour change and benefits to the organisation.

I use evidenced-based, innovative, blended-learning program design. This integrates a range of learning strategies including pre & post assessments, experiential sessions, research and action learning assignments, readings, videos, excursions, photography and guest speakers.

I provide face-to-face learning, coupled with online and telephone support.

I have more than three decades of experience in training, education and facilitation gained in secondary and tertiary educational settings and a range of organisational scenarios.

I bring tertiary qualifications in coaching psychology and health as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development through consultancies, accreditations, and participation in various programs, conferences, academic journals and texts.
