FACILITATION FOCUSSED ON YOUR GOALS

I use facilitation to help guide groups of people through discussions and group decision making. My aim is to ensure that the group achieves workable outcomes that accommodate the views of the participants. I manage this process by planning the event, identifying desired goals, guiding discussions so that they’re reasonable and constructive, and making sure that everyone gets a say on the day.

My focus areas

Management of meetings and discussions.

Leadership of focus groups.

Facilitation of forums.

Meetings and Discussions

I help to ensure all participants safely engage in meetings and discussions that are effective and achieve real and tangible outcomes. I provide planning, focus and direction, and I assist in managing the meeting process to ensure the achievement of agreed deliverables.

Focus Groups

I lead focus groups of customers, staff or other stakeholders to identify service, workplace or organisational issues and to develop range of solutions that form the basis of next steps for the group or the organisation. I professionally guide groups toward achieving the agreed outcomes of the process.

I cater for groups of between five and 40 people.

.

Forums

I facilitate large group forums, bringing together people from different parts of an organisation or blended forums including people from different organisations as well as key stakeholders.

Before the forums, I meet with key staff to agree on the forum objectives, to identify expectations and outcomes and to develop the agenda for the event.
