Workshops, blended learning programs

Margaret provides a range of bespoke workshops and training & development programs -from a ½ a day to 7 days, delivered over several months. She works closely with her clients to ensure the program design meets their needs and results in learning transfer, behaviour change and benefits to the organisation.

Margaret uses evidenced-based, innovative, blended-learning program design. She integrates a broad range of learning strategies including pre & post assessments, experiential sessions, research and action learning assignments, readings, videos, excursions, photography and guest speakers. She provides face-to-face learning, 1:1 coaching plus on-line and telephone support. Marg’s passion for learning and teaching together with her academic rigour means she consistently receives exceptional participant ratings (Average 4.8/5).

Marg’s specialist skills in all aspects of training and learning services (analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation and adaptation) were honed from 25 years experience in training, education and facilitation gained in secondary, tertiary and organisational settings. In addition, Marg brings tertiary qualifications in Coaching Psychology, Health and Secondary Education and a commitment to on-going professional development through programs, conferences, academic journals and texts.
